Since 1984, The Labor Relations Connection, Inc. has been answering the need for arbitration, mediation and fact-finding services for parties seeking superior case administration at a lower cost — without sacrificing quality of service.

Labor Grievance Arbitration: Collective bargaining agreements between unions and employers, typically include a provision for using arbitration to resolve disputes that the parties have been unable to resolve themselves. The parties select an arbitrator to hear their grievance, and to rule on the dispute in the form of an Award. The parties agree that the Arbitrator’s Award will be final and binding. In order for dispute resolution to work efficiently and effectively for all involved, it is essential that the grievances be administered in a highly organized, responsive, and professional manner.

For your convenience, our office can be contacted outside of conventional business hours. Being available before 9:00 a.m. and after 5:00 p.m. is a great convenience to parties, and also enables us to address special situations quickly.

It is important to note that arbitrators available through other agencies are available through The Labor Relations Connection, Inc. as well. Every effort is made to offer parties the services of arbitrators with whom they are familiar and prefer to hear their cases.
