Welcome to The Labor Relations Connection

Labor Grievance Arbitration: Collective bargaining agreements between unions and their employers, typically include a provision for using arbitration to resolve disputes that the parties have been unable to resolve themselves. The parties select an arbitrator to hear their grievance, and to rule on the dispute in the form of an Award. The parties agree that the Arbitrator's Award will be final and binding. In order for dispute resolution to work efficiently and effectively for all involved, it is essential that the grievances be administered in a highly organized, responsive, and professional manner.
