Governing Law/Interpretation:
These Terms of Use supersede all other written and oral communications or agreements with regard to the subject matter. A waiver or modification of these Terms of Use shall only be effective if in a writing signed by The LRC or by an authorized representative. These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in the United States without regard to choice of law principles. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and to waive any objection as to venue or forum.

In the event that there is dispute as to the interpretation or performance of these Terms of Use or The LRC Privacy Policy, you agree that the parties shall consult together in good faith to reach a mutually agreeable resolution. In the event that parties are unable to resolve any dispute within 30 days, then the parties shall submit any dispute to non-binding mediation as a prerequisite to further legal proceedings. Any mediator to whom a dispute shall be submitted shall have expertise in the dispute resolution field. The exclusive venue for mediation proceeding shall be Barnstable, Massachusetts, USA unless otherwise agreed by the parties.

If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall be enforceable and valid to the greatest extent permitted by law.
