Founder Jan Teehan has more than 36 years of experience in Labor Relations.

After several years of service at a neutral organization, first administering cases and then running an administrative team, she left in 1984 to establish The Labor Relations Connection, Inc.

Jan established The Labor Relations Connection, Inc. to offer parties a personalized, efficient and cost-effective service for administering arbitration, mediation and fact-finding cases.

Over the years, she has developed superior communication, organization and problem-solving skills. Jan’s vast experience and complementary personal skills have enabled her to develop a standard for administering cases in a professional, swift, accurate, and friendly manner.

Jan’s Team

Jan’s support team of case administrators and assistants possess the skills needed to provide parties with the same efficient, friendly and professional services that have come to be the hallmarks of The Labor Relations Connection, Inc.

Under Jan’s guidance, training, and steady supervision, the administrators address the day to day needs of the parties, and carefully and effectively move cases through the administrative process.
