Since 1984, The Labor Relations Connection, Inc. (The LRC) has been answering the need for Labor Arbitration, Mediation, Interest Arbitration and Fact Finding services for parties seeking superior case administration at a lower cost — without sacrificing quality of service.

Here at The Labor Relations Connection, we are experts in administering Labor Arbitration cases. Collective Bargaining Agreements between Unions and Employers typically include a provision for using arbitration to resolve disputes that the parties are unable to resolve themselves. This process involves the parties selecting a neutral third-party Arbitrator, with the agreement that the Arbitrator will hear their grievance and rule on the dispute in the form of a final and binding Award.

That’s where we come in. The Labor Relations Connection is a neutral, third-party agency that facilitates the arbitration process in a way that keeps the process moving. We’re here to assist the parties in any way we can, every step of the way. Whether it be navigating conference calls, setting up virtual hearings, or routine case administration, our agency handles everything in an efficient, highly organized, responsive, personal, and professional manner.

One thing that sets us apart is our availability to be reached outside of conventional business hours in the case of special or unusual circumstances. We can be reached before 9:00 a.m. and after 5:00 p.m. for the convenience of the parties whenever the need may arise.

Arbitrators available through other agencies are also available through The Labor Relations Connection. We make every effort to offer the parties the services of arbitrators with whom they are familiar and prefer to hear their cases. We also offer some arbitrators who are exclusively on our roster, allowing parties a wide range of options.
